Effective date: October 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Li Qingxia (“Li Qingxia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you download, access, or play Pocket Pals - Match & Unbox, visit our websites, or use any of our related products and services (together, the “Services”). This policy covers the international Android version distributed through the Amazon Appstore (the “Platform”) and these compliance pages. The game is also referred to as Pocket Pals.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Services.
We collect information you choose to provide directly, such as when you contact customer support or send us feedback. This may include your email address, the contents of your messages, screenshots or files you attach, and any other information you choose to share.
When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
The current game does not request access to precise GPS location, contacts, the microphone, or the camera.
The current version does not require a game account and does not provide developer-operated cloud-save synchronization. Level progress, item inventory, game coins, owned blind boxes and collectibles, opening counters, and sound preferences are stored locally on your device. Some gameplay activity is separately sent to analytics services as described above; local storage does not mean that no data leaves your device.
When you download or use the Services, we may also receive information from the Platforms and from advertising, analytics, and attribution partners who have a legal basis to share it with us, such as attributes about your device and limited information about how you interact with our ads.
We use the information we collect to:
The current international version uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads) for advertising and GameAnalytics for gameplay analytics when those services are enabled in the distributed version. Ads can include banners, interstitials, and optional rewarded videos. These services may process identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, device information, gameplay activity, and ad-interaction information for advertising, measurement, service improvement, and fraud prevention.
Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) may display an advertising privacy message where required. The game checks whether the SDK permits ad requests before requesting ads. Where available, the Privacy options control in the game settings reopens the advertising privacy form. Advertising availability and the privacy message depend on your region, the SDK’s requirements, and the distributed version.
GameAnalytics is initialized separately from the advertising privacy flow and may operate even when ads are not displayed. Changing advertising choices does not automatically disable all analytics collection. For privacy requests concerning analytics, contact us using the details below.
You can also use the advertising privacy controls on your Android or Amazon device to limit advertising personalization or reset or delete an advertising identifier where supported. Resetting an identifier alone does not delete information previously collected by us or our partners.
The game uses local files to remember progress and preferences. These static compliance pages do not embed advertising or analytics scripts. The website hosting provider may process technical access information, such as IP addresses and request logs. Third-party pages or advertising content you open may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with:
However, our sharing of advertising identifiers and related data with advertising or analytics partners for interest-based advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to opt out of this, and you can do so using the choices described in “Your Rights and Choices” below.
Our advertising, analytics, and hosting providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Applicable protections and transfer arrangements depend on the provider, destination, and law. See the linked provider policies for details. Where we transfer personal information ourselves, applicable data-protection requirements and safeguards apply. Contact us for information about a transfer relevant to your data.
Local game saves remain on your device until removed or overwritten. Clearing app data or uninstalling the game can delete your progress and collectibles; device backup or restore behavior is controlled by your device and platform. We retain support correspondence and other personal information only as needed for the purposes described here, applicable legal obligations, and resolving requests or disputes. Advertising and analytics partners retain data according to their applicable agreements and retention policies. Contact us to request deletion of personal information we or our service providers hold; deleting the app does not automatically delete previously submitted analytics or advertising data.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, or direct interest-based advertising to, children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the Services or send us any personal information. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it as quickly as possible. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected].
In the European Union/EEA and the United Kingdom, the minimum age for consenting to the processing of personal data can be higher (up to 16, depending on the country). Where a higher minimum age applies, that age applies instead of 13 for users in the relevant country.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, withdraw consent, obtain a copy of your data, or complain to a supervisory authority. Contact [email protected] to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify your request and locate relevant data; do not send passwords or payment-card details. We respond within the time required by applicable law.
Depending on the purpose and applicable law, processing may rely on consent, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services. Where consent is required, including for applicable advertising or tracking, it must be obtained before that processing. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. You may complain to your local data-protection authority.
Where the CCPA/CPRA applies, you may request information about collection and disclosure, deletion or correction, and opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights. To request an opt-out, contact us at the email above or use the advertising Privacy options form where available. Device advertising controls provide additional choices, but do not by themselves necessarily exercise every statutory right.
You can clear local app data or uninstall the game, which may permanently remove progress and virtual collectibles. You can manage available advertising choices in the Privacy options form and in your device settings. These choices do not guarantee removal of previously collected information; contact us for a deletion request.
The Services may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you as required by applicable law, for example by posting the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. Where an update requires new consent under applicable law, we will request that consent separately.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, or if you wish to exercise your privacy rights, please contact us:
For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Li Qingxia is the data controller responsible for your personal information.
